Make the time to find peace!
In the silence of the morning, just before the sun rises is a time when your thoughts have not yet started to zoom around your brain.
This is the perfect time for meditation and light yoga, so you can start each day fresh with a clear mind and a limber body.
I like to finish each day with the sunset to remind myself to bring closure to events, thoughts and decisions of the day.
I am lucky to see the sunset while my evening yoga class is on and I feel this creates a significant impact on the body and mind connection.
The sunset re enforces the need to let go of the stuff each day brings even though some altercations or actions though the day have made us uncomfortable or angry or fearful.
As humans we are organic and our bodies will absorb peoples words and actions everyday. If you let this build up within you, it creates a stressful environment mentally and physically. We must learn to let go of all events daily, this is why it feels so good to unwind the body through yoga so the mind follows and both become relaxed and calm.
We are reminded that our wellbeing is of upmost importance and nothing is more vital than health and happiness.
Love yourself and set yourself free through yoga.

CHOCOLATE MOOSSE THE HEALTHY TREAT
Look at the picture below and drool .
This a treat when you feel like a hit of sweet chocolate, its simple cold and delicious.
Banana
Pure Organic Cocoa or half Cacao
Coconut
Cinnamon
Soak !/2 cup of cashews and 1/2 cup of macadamia in coconut water in the fridge overnight.
In a food processor whizz nuts slowly add the liquid to creamy effect.
add banana/coconut/cocoa/cinnamon
Then refrigerate.

Feeling Lost at the start of the year already.
Life is a constant roller coaster, we feel good ,then we don’t feel so good.
So what to do….Where to start!!
Feeling a bit ordinary, then stand in an open space and simply do the stretch below.
Inhale in the middle and Exhale as you stretch to each side.
Do 5 on each side and I can guarantee you will feel energised /taller/ your back will feel freer and you will feel happier .
The spine is crawling with nerves right from your head to your toes, when you create space and length for them, your whole body and mind will smile.

The sunset drenches the world in amazing colours, the birds grow unusually quiet, it is the time to silence the mind.
I balance myself on two stools overlooking a tiny valley, the sun is my goddess her beauty is mercerising.
I move my body into the ancient yoga pose called Trikonasana , I can feel the last rays of sun pierce my open heart, I am filled with gratitude and feel an enormous freedom travel through my spirit.
I make peace with myself, ” I may make mistakes and I am not perfect “, but my intentions are always geniune to do the best I can and treat people they way I would like to be treated.
Within a few precious seconds the greatness of the sun seems ,almost like it breaks through my physical form to release a feeling of lightness and self forgiveness.
As the last light is absorbed by the earthy hills, a smile grows in my heart and I am at peace ready to shine with the morning sun to be fresh with the first light to be enthusiastic with a new day! The sun is my healer!
