It’s amazing how quickly we get caught up in the busyness of everyday life and often forget to look after ourselves in the process. There’s a lot of information out there about living a healthy lifestyle, most of which is highly unrealistic, expensive and to put it frankly almost impossible to incorporate amongst work, family, friends and the general pleasantries of life.
Led by Catherine Cordingley, we teach you the essentials of yoga and encourage our students to engage the body and take what it is they need from each class, on that particular day. Besides the obvious improvements of flexibility and a calmness of the mind we love seeing our students gain a renewed excitement for life and a spring in their step – so come along, we’d love to meet you!
