Winter Time , brings the shorter days , making it so much harder to get up and stay motivated. How can we help ourselves to continue to move our bodies through winter.
For me , it is extremely hard to brave the cold as I have never loved wintertime 😝. I am trying to eat warmer foods lots of hearty broths /soup and vegetables rather than salads. Also if I have a cold vegetable and fruit smoothie I add a spicy shot of apple cider vinegar laced with ginger, turmeric black pepper and moringa leaf πŸƒ to warm the gut to receive the cold smoothie πŸ˜ƒπŸ‘. This seems to work , I also drink more herbal teas to beat the cold.
I am a fan of a infared Sauna after a cold surf in the morning and lots of warm magnesium baths of an evening. I hope you are not going to let Winter turn you into a Bear 🐻 over winter as it only serves to sadden the soul. I am encouraging you to stay active and do what you can in this season. Of course yoga helps us stay motivated mentally so don’t miss your yoga πŸ§˜β€β™€οΈ. Be your own force to be reckoned with until the Spring Flowers start blooming 🌺🌺🌺
