We are moving towards Easter and into weather that is a smidge cooler.
As we travel through the months with the ebb and flow of the moon 🌙, staying focused on our own journey becomes difficult at times but a weekly / (daily if possible) yoga practice keeps us grounded and less distracted or influenced by conversations or events or challenges, that seem to clog up our pathway.
Our yoga practice is key to finding the way forward.
A deep connection to our conscious breath and a desire to know ourselves on the most deepest level, is a gift that a consistent yoga practice will deliver. So if you have a bad day or you feel lost at times , always know your yoga mat is always an easy way back to feeling good once again. 🌴🌴
